Class Layout

At the shop, we like to keep the workouts fresh and fun. They will vary between 35-50 minutes depending on the intensity and structure of the class. Our programming will cover cardio, strength and resistance, stabilization and core, and mobility.  Demos of each movement for the day will be given before class starts.  Come join us for a class!
